A focal point of our work is the designing of contracts in all labour law matters. We thereby serve our clients in the branch of individual labour law as well as collective labour law. In terms of individual labour law, the main focus is the outlining of labour agreements. Furthermore, we advise our clients in cases of dismissals or termination agreements.

Part of our work is also the protection of clients in special situations such as pregnant women, mothers and severely disabled persons. We assist our clients in cases concerning discrimination according to the anti-discrimination law (AGG).

In terms of collective labour law, our work focuses on the law of collective labour agreement as well as the law of works constitution.
