W.G. Grupp – Brussels
A German lawyer and specialised solicitor in tax law since 1986. He works in Brussels and specialises in the field of tax, employment, social and establishment law. He is the author of many articles on public procurement against the background of EU law and articles on other EU-related topics. He is also the author of the book “Wirtschaftspartner Belgien”, Economica Verlag, 1991 and co-author of the commentary “Europäische Vergaberegeln im Bauwesen”, Beuth Verlag, 1993.
He was recommended by the German Embassy in Brussels, as well as the advocate of the European Commission at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
